“Hyakue”; a pressure point on the top of the head / 頭頂部にあるツボ『百会』（ひゃくえ）

“Hyakue” (百会) is a pressure point on the top of the head where the line connecting both ears and the line passing from the nose to the top intersect. The red dot in the above figure is the pressure point.

It is said that it is good to stimulate when you have the following symptoms.

Headache, dizziness, tinnitus, tired eyes, stiff shoulders, stuffy nose, hemorrhoids, stress, insomnia, etc.

『百会』（ひゃくえ）は、両耳を結んだラインと、鼻から上に通るラインが交わる頭頂部（頭のてっぺん）にあるツボです。上図の赤い点がツボです。

次のような症状があるときに刺激すると良いと言われています。

頭痛・めまい・耳鳴り・目の疲れ・肩こり・鼻づまり・痔・ストレス・不眠など
